Pilot information

• Inform the Haven Operatie Centrum (Port Operations Centre) in IJmuiden of your ETA at least twelve hours in advance. Tel.: +31 (0)255 523934 (Available 24/7)
• Repeat this six hours, three hours and one hour before arrival at the pilot station
• For outbound ships, reporting times are eight hours and four hours before departure
• Changes to departure times of more than an hour must be reported at least three hours before departure

The Haven Operatie Centrum (Port Operations Centre) uses this information to create a lock schedule.

Many cruise ships arriving in the Dutch capital berth at our unique premises on the banks of the IJ in Amsterdam. Passenger Terminal Amsterdam team welcomes 300,000 passengers on an annual basis and efficiently docks the approx. 150 ships carrying these passengers.
