The Port of Amsterdam launched a new river cruise reservation application: EasyDock. This application simplifies the reservation and invoicing processes for cruise companies and ports. From today, EasyDock is up and running and reservations for 2018 can only be made through this online application. What will change from today? The only way to make a river cruise reservation for 2018 in Zaanstad or Amsterdam is through easydock.portofamsterdam.com. Reservations for 2017 have to be made by emailing our Port Office. Reservations for 2018 that were made in our old system before October 31st have been imported into the new system. How can you get access to EasyDock? EasyDock is an online application that can only be accessed through your internet browser. If you want to make reservations for a river cruise or party boat vessel in the Port of Amsterdam region you need an account for EasyDock.
