Amsterdam

Amsterdam is a major hub for transport and travel and welcomes about 846.000 passengers annually. Considering that the Dutch have been a sea-faring nation for centuries, this is quite an appropriate gateway to the city.  Passenger Terminal Amsterdam is a unique premises on the banks of the IJ. The striking building, with an undulating wave-like roof, has a 600-metre-long quay, large reception halls, underground parking and hosts a large number of events. The glass façade has a magnificent view of the IJ-harbour and the city centre.

Nederland

A pleasant 15 minute walk along the waterside will bring you to the centre of Amsterdam. But you can also take tram 26 or a taxi to bring you to the centre of Amsterdam. Amsterdam’s magnificent city centre is compact, which means that everything is within walking distance – from the diamond factories to the world-famous museums.
