The Dutch Government has declared that cruise terminals may open again from Wednesday 26 January 2022 until 22:00 hours. This means that cruise passengers can also embark and disembark in the Netherlands. Passenger embarkation and disembarkation applies to both river cruise and sea cruise passengers.
